David Harper

Managing Partner & CIO

David Harper is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Peabody Capital, an alternative investment management firm that deploys capital in private equity investments and special situation opportunities from its funds. Mr. Harper is also a board member of his family’s foundation. Mr. Harper previously worked as a Managing Director of UBS Wealth Management and Bear Stearns, and is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Business School.

Tim Miller

Managing Director & COO

Tim Miller is a Managing Director of Peabody Capital, an alternative investment management firm that deploys capital in private equity investments and special situation opportunities from our funds. Mr. Miller overseas the firm’s operations. Mr. Miller previously worked as a portfolio manager at Third Avenue, and prior to that was a trader at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Miller is a graduate of Stanford University.

Mark P. Stone

Managing Director

Mr. Stone is a member of Peabody’s investment committee and is responsible for alternative investments. Prior to joining Peabdy, Mr. Stone worked with McKinsey & Company as a member of their high technology and industrial goods practices. Mr. Stone earned a M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from the University of Michigan.

Steven Johnson

Managing Director

Mr. Johnson is a member of Peabody’s investment committee and is responsible for leading the execution and negotiation of Peabody’s acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Peabody, Mr. Johnson worked for Accenture and The Boston Consulting Group. Mr. Johnson has a MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS from Northwestern University.

Christine Pollard

Managing Director & CFO

Ms. Pollard is the Chief Financial Officer of Peabody and is responsible for financial management and fund administration for the firm. She has been involved in a significant number of Peabody’s transactions, both purchases and sales, with responsibility for financial due diligence, operational oversight, deal structure and negotiation. Prior to joining Peabody, Ms. Pollard spent over 15 years in public accounting and was a partner with Arthur Anderson. Ms. Pollard earned her B.S. from the University of Chicago.
